Quality guarantee

 We want you to be satisfied with the quality of the products you order. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item and we will make every effort to investigate and find a solution.
 
Colour consistency

 Printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Multiple factors influence colour, consistency and the final result, including:
Machine type
Machine settings
Paper types
Room humidity
When the machine was last cleaned
Colour deviations that may occur due to the above reasons are within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered by our quality guarantee.
 
Defective or damaged products
 If you or your end customer receive defective or damaged orders not caused by the content supplied by you or your customer, we will cover the cost of a new order. This includes:
Damage to the products delivered
Errors in the number or quantity of products delivered
Lack of quality of the delivered product

 Should you still wish to return your order, you can do so according to the terms and conditions below.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) takes physical possession of the product.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal?
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail).
 You can use our model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.

Important: You must return the product within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal.

Conditions for returns
 The product must be in original condition, unused, and (if possible) in its original packaging.
 
 Damaged, used or incomplete products are not eligible for a refund.
 
 
 
Cost of return
 The cost of returning the product is at your own expense.
 
 We will refund the shipping costs you originally paid at the time of purchase only if you return the entire order.

Refund
After receiving the returned products, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
 We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods or you have proven that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
Refunds will be made via the same means of payment you used to make the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions
You cannot use the right of withdrawal with:
 Products that are custom-made or personalised.
 
 Products that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
